We collect your full name, email address, mobile number and, once you make a deposit, your payment identifier such as your UPI handle or Paytm wallet reference. Device details and session logs are also captured for security purposes.

We store only the transaction reference and masked payment identifier needed to confirm a deposit or withdrawal completed. Full UPI credentials and Paytm wallet pins are never transmitted to or held by our servers at any point.

Yes. Navigate to Account → Privacy and select 'Download My Data'. We will prepare a structured file containing your account details, transaction history and communication records, delivered to your registered email within seven working days.

Submit a deletion request through Account → Privacy or email [email protected] with your account email in the subject line. Personal identifiers are removed within 30 days; financial transaction records are retained only for the period required by Indian law.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors like UPI and Paytm networks to complete transactions, and with identity-verification providers where required by applicable Indian regulations. All partners are contractually bound to protect your data.
